The consultancy

The consultancy is London-based and covers social work, social care and work with partner professions and services such as health and criminal justice. We assist clients to achieve a range of aims, for example: staff or student learning; development of professional or management practice; and improved collaboration among professionals and agencies.

We undertake nationally-focused projects, local commissions and work with individuals.

Clients

Clients include national organisations (Department of Health, Social Care Institute for Excellence, CAIPE UK), local organisations in the statutory and independent sectors, higher education (Greenwich University) and individual managers and professionals.

Fees and non-chargeable arrangements

Fees are in line with independent consultancy rates. We are pleased to discuss reduced rates for small voluntary organisations and for mentoring/coaching clients who are self-funding. A portion of our time is available for non-chargeable or pro bono consultancy to small organisations and individual mentoring.
